Adolfo Perez is the president and CEO of Grinding Technology, LLC. He applies his 20+ years of manufacturing, engineering and managerial experience to our mission of delivering products and services that impact our customers’ bottom lines. His vast knowledge of cutting tool design, production and upkeep across a variety of industries drive Grinding Technology’s output of tools and components that meet the highest industry standards. He as successfully worked on projects with global business leaders, including Exxon, Intel, Textron, and Bosch.
In his spare time, Adolfo has managed to acquire Scuba Diving, Cave Diving and Semi-Pro Motorcycle Racing certifications. He also holds a FAA Private Pilot License.
JJ Allen is the chief relationship building sales and content marketing professional at Grinding Technology. Her experience in solution-based marketing, sales and customer service spans over 15 years in industries ranging from Oil & Gas to Industrial Coatings. She is primarily responsible for quantifying and communicating the value Grinding Technology delivers to our customers through our products and services.
In her spare time JJ volunteers with the Wildlife Refuge and Habitat for Humanity. She also enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with family.
Cody manages day-to-day operations and all production related activities, including design and programming at our Houston based facility. His key responsibilities include managing operation of all 5-axis CNC machines, machine qualification, R&D testing, supervising maintenance and managing inventory. He is also a member of our team dedicated to onsite consulting and troubleshooting.
Cody brings over 15 years of hands-on and managerial experience in the Oil Field, Powerplant and Subsea Drilling industries to his position at Grinding Technology. In those industries, his experience includes R&D Tooling, machine programming, and all aspects of CNC machine maintenance
